Thailand
The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) announced on October 22nd that from November 1st, the country’s borders will be accessible to fully vaccinated travellers with no quarantine requirements. Visitors from authorized nations, such as the United Kingdom, the United States, and the majority of mainland European countries, are eligible to participate in the Test & Go program.
Thailand has been cautious about reopening until now, but following a successful mass vaccination campaign last summer, Phuket opened on July 1st for quarantine-free travel to the island for vaccinated visitors (the so-called ‘Sandbox’). On the 15th of July, the ‘Samui Plus’ program began.
Bhutan

Bali

Estonia
The country welcomes visitors from all around the world with open arms (no testing, no isolation requirements) If you have been completely vaccinated and it has been less than 12 months since your last vaccination. Even if not completely vaccinated, there are no limitations on tourists travelling from Europe if at least one requirement is met:

You’ve healed from COVID-19 and been proclaimed healthy in less than 6 months. Unvaccinated travellers must stay in quarantine for ten days. Corona virus infection rates have been consistently low, there are no limits on services or tourist attractions, and you are allowed to enjoy Mediterranean temperatures while swimming in the water.
France
France is definitely one of the most frequented tourist destinations in the world, with picturesque lavender fields, renowned monuments and architecture, fairy-tale castles, and gorgeous towns. You can now go to France without any quarantine restrictions if you have been vaccinated.
Travellers from countries on the green list who are fully vaccinated will be free to enter France without any restrictions or quarantine. Non-vaccinated green-list travellers will be required to provide documentation of a PCR or antigen test performed within the past 24 to 72 hours before to their arrival in France.
Maldives
